Ship personal parcels or commercial inventory — air freight shipping only, excluding destination customs duties and clearance fees. Minimum billable shipment weight is kg. Regular consolidated air dispatches leave Bangkok for Harare CBD and Lusaka hubs. In-person drop-offs at our Bangkok warehouse and local Thai courier deliveries are welcome.
Air cargo is charged on whichever is larger: the parcel's actual scale weight, or the space it takes up in the aircraft (its volumetric weight: length × width × height in cm ÷ ). The minimum billable weight is kg .

Strict airline safety regulations apply to all consolidated air cargo. Do not send any of the following.
No built-in batteries: laptops, smartphones, smartwatches, power banks, rechargeable toys, electric toothbrushes and cordless tools that contain lithium-ion, lithium-metal or wet-cell batteries.
No loose batteries: alkaline, lithium or wet-cell.
Fuel, lighter fluid and refills, paints, thinners, matches, e-cigarettes and vapes, perfumes, fragrances, essential oils.
Spray cans, hairspray, aerosol deodorant, camping gas, butane, CO₂ cartridges, propane tanks.
Fireworks, flares, sparklers, ammunition, gunpowder.
Firearms, imitation and toy guns, toy knives, mace, tear gas, pepper spray, folding knives and blades.
Acids, poisons, drain cleaner, pesticides, bleach, hazardous chemicals.
Infectious substances, blood samples, radioactive materials, magnetised items (loudspeakers, TVs), dry ice.
By shipping with Dande Cargo, you certify that your cargo does not contain unauthorised explosives, incendiaries, imitation or toy weapons, lithium batteries (standalone or built-in), flammable liquids, or other prohibited hazardous items. Undeclared dangerous goods will be confiscated at Bangkok airport security check-in.

Once your cargo clears customs at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN), we send you collection details and parcel status updates by SMS or WhatsApp.
Parcels are consolidated continuously at our Bangkok warehouse, and flights depart as soon as each batch is full. Get your items to the warehouse as early as possible to secure a spot on the next flight. Late arrivals move automatically to the following batch.
How to ship
Drop off in person at Sukhumvit 81, or send your boxes with a local Thai courier (Flash, Kerry, Grab). Label each box with your name and WhatsApp number.
Our team checks every box for prohibited goods, weighs and measures it, applies the kg minimum where needed, and sends your invoice in USD and THB on WhatsApp.
Once payment is confirmed, your cargo leaves on the next available flight to Harare or Lusaka. Collect it at Stanley House, or ask for a doorstep delivery quote when it lands.
